Prime located Luxury Villa ideal for golf lovers
It is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Palma de Mallorca and it is surrounded by golf courses such as Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner which makes this spectacular villa the perfect place for golf lovers. Together with its location, in a private and quite environment, it is not very far from the center of Palma, characteristic by its environment, history, little markets and charming places. It is also very near of so well- known beaches such as Puerto Portals, Playa de Palma or Cala Major, and areas such as Andratx, Port Adriano or Bendinat.
The villa is distributed in three floors, and it has big windows which take advantage of natural light, mixing a warm atmosphere with a classic decoration in gentle tones.
Main floor has a big lounge and a sitting room which can be a double room, both with access to a beautiful terrace. It also has a single room, a bathroom and a big kitchen fully equipped and with access to other lateral terrace with a relax area.
The first floor is distributed in one bedroom with double bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom. It also has a double room with twin beds and other room with double bed, both of them share a complete bathroom. All the bedrooms have access to the terrace and partial views to the golf course.
The basement is distributed in a garage with capacity for two cars, a separate area with a double room with en-suite bathroom, a playroom for children and a small gym.
The swimming pool is at the front part of the house and it is surrounded by a small grass area and set up with comfortable deck chairs for relaxing after a golf day.

Cleaning service:
- Cleaning and towel change once a week.

- Please take into account that depending on the characterísticas of the property and also the occupation of the dates required, it will may need more or less time until the key hand over.
- Minimum stay 7 nights.

Rules:
- The villa is located in a residential area so please keep in mind not to make noise or parties that can disturb to the neighborhood.
Payments:
- First payment of 35% as a deposit upon reservation.
- Second payment of 65% that will be made by bank transfer 8 weeks prior arrival.
Cancellations:
- Up to 8 weeks (40 natural days) before the arrival date: this cancellation will bring the 10% to cover administrative costs on reservation deposit paid.
- If the total amount is not received on the agreed date the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations made after the 8 week period all amounts paid by the customer will be forfeited hitherto.
Bond:
