Charming and cozy wine cellar in one of the oldest places in Palma, opened in 1920. Bodega Bellver also includes a vast variety of typical Majorcan bread rolls, called Llonguets:
- Traditional: loin, streaky bacon or chistorra (fast-cure sausage)
- Innovative: sobrasada with honey, onion black pudding with grilled pepper or goat cheese with bacon and tomato marmalade.
