Chef Chus Jesús Pérez de la Fuente is the head of the new restaurant in Palma. His vast professional experience has not only been in Mallorca—as former Plat d’Or and restaurants in Porto Pi—but also in renowned restaurant such as El Bulli, Arzak and Nobu (London).
Modern Fusion Cuisine based on seasonal fresh and high quality ingredients, pure flavor and a clear Asian influence which plays an important role in Nuru’s Cuisine.
In its menu we can find different dishes such as:
- Duck gyozas with foie
- Hereford steak with green asparagus and potato purée
- Salmon roast with jasmine rice
- Mixed sashimi
- Dessert: coconut ice-cream with ginger crumble
Modern, cozy and minimalist decoration inspired in white and with an Art exhibition by Jordi Mollá. The place is divided in two floors with 60 tables and a chill out terrace.
