Can Calent opened in 2004 and since then, Calent brothers—Miguel as chef and Joan as Maitre—have been running this family restaurant.
It features a seasonal and traditional cuisine based on local gastronomy, combined with avant-garde tendencies. Its receipts are full of endemic products that are only found in Mallorca. The offer includes a Sample Menu as well as à la carte Menu.
