The menu is design depending on customer's preferences with three possibilities: Tast 3 (3 dishes), Tast 4 (4 dishes) or Tast 6 by Joan Marc (6 dishes).
Gastronomy experience starts since the very beginning with traditional home-made Majorcan bread pa de xeixa.
Customer has the opportunity to create his own Sample Menu with 3 different categories: 3 dishes, 4 dishes or 6 dishes.
