With exquisite taste and in great detail, this spectacular luxury villa meets expectations, without the slightest doubt, of those who look for privacy and exclusivity in one of the most idyllic settings of Mallorca. It is located 100 meters above sea level and it has exceptional panoramic views to the island Dragonera, declared a national park in 1995, from all the rooms of the house. Located in the municipality of Andratx and it is very near the port. It is surrounded by peculiar settings such as “Puig de Galatzó”, beautiful coves like “Cala LLamp”, “Cala Moragues” or “Cala d’Egos, and let’s not forget emblematic parts such as “Sant Elm”, “S’Arracó”, or “Camp de Mar”.
With a refined decoration and full of works of art from every part of the world, the villa is fragmented in three blocks and it is specially designed to maintain the privacy and independence of each guest.
In the first floor of the main block, in addition to a big entrance hall with incredible views to the sea, there are two rooms with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. In the ground floor there is another room with en-suite bathroom that due to its position is especially suitable for staff, kitchen, living room with a separate dining room area, cellar and cocktail cabinet.
The annexed block has a guesthouse with two rooms with views to the sea and en-suite bathroom. The third and last block is composed of a separate apartment with two rooms, bathroom, dining room and kitchen.
The outdoor area is enabled with all kind of details, the heated pool with jacuzzi, a large barbecue area, outdoor dining area, spa area, sauna, etc… there are different and interesting parts in the garden to enjoy incredible sunsets or simply the landscape.

The villa includes a daily maid service:
- from June to September : 8 hours
- rest of the months: 4 hours
If you prefer more privacy there's the option to choose two intermediate cleanings per week.
Shopping service: make your shopping and find everything ready at your arrival.
Long term rentals: please contact with us if you wish to rent the Villa Puesta del Sol for a long term.
Check-in: from 4 pm
- Please take into account that due to the characteristics of the property it will need more or less time until the key hand over.
- Minimum stay 7 nights

Payments
- First payment of 35% as deposit upon reservation.
- Second payment of 65% that will be maid 12 weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellations
- Up to 12 weeks (60 natural days) before the arrival date: this cancellation will bring 25% to cover to cover administrative costs on reservation deposit paid.
- If the total amount is not received on the agreed date the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations made after the 12 week period all amounts paid by the customer will be forfeited hitherto.
Bond
- 10000€ to be paid via bank transfer 15 days prior arrival.
- The bond will be returned via bank transfer once the villa has been checked and within a maximum period of 7 days.
