An intimate 12-room agroturismo with all the modern comforts you are likely to require and one of the few Majorcan “Possesio”. A perfect combination of prime location with unbeatable levels of service and attention to detail make Es Castell unique.
All rooms are tastefully furnished in the distinctive Majorcan style and all with en-suite bathrooms. They also have beautiful views of the finca and beyond. The rooms are:
- Three Suites (one with terrace & salon, one with roof terrace, and one with salon without a terrace), all with king-sized double beds. There is also a “family suite”, consisting of two ground-floor bedrooms with an interconnecting door, two bathrooms and a small private terrace
- Three “Superior” double rooms which typically are larger with impressive views
- Six “standard” double rooms”, ideal for the luxury traveller on a budget
The restaurant is small and everything is served very fresh, obtained either directly from the finca or from the local markets. Menus change daily according to availability.
Although the emphasis is on Majorcan specialities such as Lechona (suckling pig) and Cordero (baby lamb), our Italian roots ensure that home-baked bread and freshly-made pasta feature daily on the menu. Fresh fish is also an important feature of our cooking.
We offer a four course “set menu” which changes daily, for 31 Euros per person including bread and coffee. We are happy to produce lighter options, gluten/lactose free and vegetarian menus on request.
