Luxury rustic-style villa located in open countryside in Ses Salines town
It is located in Ses Salines, which offers a great variety of alternatives. The villa borders the towns Campos and Santanyí, and also contains the coastal tourist resort “Colònia de Sant Jordi”, with white sand and crystal water beaches such as “Es Dolç”, “Es Carbó”, or “Platja d’Es Trenc”. It can also be visited the national maritime park of the island Cabrera and see all the marine and terrestrial species that live there.
Sited in the middle of landscape and designed to make the most of sunlight, the villa is a big open space with big windows and glass roofs in some areas. Built in marés stone and of rustic style, it combines the warmth of wood with light colors and a casual decoration with a bohemian air. The villa has underfloor heating to enjoy it in winter.
Its distribution is mostly on ground floor. In the same space and at one side of the house it is the kitchen, a scullery with bathroom, and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. On the other side, an area with sofas and glass roof and a large living room divided into three separate areas, a dining area, another area with a large sofa and TV, and a more casual area with three sofas.
The living room leads to the master bedroom on the first floor, with double bed and en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a large terrace. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and their access is outside. They have twin beds, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool.
The outdoor area is large and has different ideal spaces depending the moment of the day. There is an area with sofas, a smaller area with a table and chairs next to the swimming pool and a barbecue area.

Rooms:
Due to its large dimensions and high ceilings, the villa only has air conditioning in some rooms, there are ceiling fans in the major part of the villa and underfloor heating throughout the houe to enjoy it in winter.
- Bedroom 1: first floor, king size bet and bathroom en-suite, it has got air conditioning and it is also equipped with stereo.
- Bedromm 2: ground floor, double bed with bathroom en-suite, it has got air conditioning and it is also equipped with stereo.
- Bedrooms 3/4: ground floor, two single beds and bathroom en-suite. The access to these bedrooms is through the exterior part of the villa, the rooms are completely independent from the others.
Extra bed:
- 15€ per night/maximum 1 adult or 2 children

- Please take into account that depending on the characterísticas of the property and also the occupation of the dates required, it will may need more or less time until the key hand over.
- Minimum stay 7 nights preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Payments:
- First payment of 35% as a deposit upon reservation.
- Second payment of 65% that will be made by bank transfer 8 weeks prior arrival.
Cancellations:
- Up to 8 weeks (40 natural days) before the arrival date: this cancellation will bring the 10% to cover administrative costs on reservation deposit paid.
- If the total amount is not received on the agreed date the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations made after the 8 week period all amounts paid by the customer will be forfeited hitherto.
